With a background in the technology, aviation, and automotive industries, Todd is a thought leader in the momentous changes occurring in cities as a result of disruptive shared, active, and autonomous vehicles. His background as an engineer and software developer enables him to lead Lacuna’s engagement with NASA, and his frequent speaking engagements focus on integrating urban aviation into existing terrestrial transportation networks across the globe. He has founded and led multiple technology-driven companies in the transportation sectors, including Ellis & Associates, which was acquired by Lacuna in 2018.
